PRP has been selected to produce and direct the 19th Annual Thea Awards Gala in Anaheim, California. Presented by the Themed Entertainment Association, the prestigious Thea Awards celebrate world-leading achievement in the creation of compelling places and experiences. Award recipients this year include Disney’s “Carsland” and “Radiator Springs Racers”; Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame; Universal Studios “Transformers: The Ride 3D”; and Warner Bros. “The Making of Harry Potter” Studio Tour.
“I am very excited to work with TEA and with Disneyland Resort’s in-house team to produce the 2013 Thea Awards Gala,” says Roberge. “We will stage a celebration to capture the true excellence of Themed Entertainment.”
The Gala evening will be inspired by the concept of pure imagination through the eyes of a child, reflecting the incredible ability of the recipients to make dreams come to life through captivating storytelling and entertainment.
