The Stage Squad is a team of volunteers who are trained to help set up the field for the Halftime Show during the Grey Cup Championship Game. This is a fun and rewarding experience that allows you to be an important part of the team working behind the scenes to produce the Grey Cup Halftime Show!
This role entails setting up the stages and other elements on the field. No production experience is required!

ALL participants must be available for ALL three scheduled rehearsals and on Game Day at BC Place Stadium:
Thursday, November 14 5:00pm-8:30pm
Friday, November 15 5:00pm-8:30pm
Saturday, November 16 4:00pm-9:00pm
Sunday, November 17 2:00pm-end of Game

Note: Volunteers participating as members of the “Stage Squad” must be over the age of 18, comfortable walking long distances and must be physically able to push carts, pull cable and lift a minimum of 50lbs. If you can push a full grocery cart, you can do this role!
Volunteers will be on the field for the Halftime Show, but will not be permitted to watch the game from the field or the stands. The Festival is also recruiting for various other volunteer positions listed on their site. If your schedule permits it, please feel free to apply for a second role in addition to the Stage Squad.
